No Bulk Sale. No bulk sale of the goods and assets of the Tenant may take place without first obtaining the written consent of the Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, so long as the tenant and the purchaser are able to provide the Landlord with assurances, in a form satisfactory to the Landlord, that the Tenant’s obligations hereunder will continue to be performed in a manner satisfactory to the Landlord, after completion of the said bulk sale.

No Bulk Sale. The transfer, assignment and conveyance of the Mortgage Loans and Real Estate Property by the Seller pursuant to this Agreement are in the ordinary course of the Seller"s business and are not subject to the bulk transfer or any similar statutory provisions in effect in any applicable jurisdiction.
