Real Estate Property definition

Real Estate Property means all right, title and interest of the Borrower, each of its Subsidiaries and each of its Joint Ventures in and to any land and any improvements located thereon, together with all equipment, furniture, materials, supplies, personal property and all other rights and property in which such Person has an interest now or hereafter located on or used in connection with such land and improvements, and all appurtenances, additions, improvements, renewals, substitutions and replacements thereof now or hereafter acquired by such Person, including without limitation the Eligible Real Estate Property.
Real Estate Property means (without duplication) the immovable assets within the meaning of section 3 and section 12 subsection 1 of the German REIT Act of 28 May 2007, as amended by the Act of 22 June 2011, of the Issuer and the Subsidiaries that are recognized as of the immediately preceding Reporting Date for which Consolidated Financial Statements of the Issuer have been published, or are required to be recognized in accordance with IFRS since the immediately preceding Reporting Date for which Consolidated Financial Statements of the Issuer have been published, in the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Issuer.
Real Estate Property means (without duplication) the real estate property of the Issuer and the Subsidiaries that is recognized as of the immediately preceding Reporting Date for which Consolidated Financial Statements of the Issuer have been published, or is required to be recognized in accordance with IFRS since the immediately preceding Reporting Date for which Consolidated Financial Statements of the Issuer have been published, in the balance sheet items "investment properties", "assets held for sale", "prepayments for investment properties" and "prepayments for business combinations" of the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Issuer.
