New Support Plan Clause Samples

The "New Support Plan" clause establishes the terms under which a new or updated support arrangement is provided to the client. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of support services, such as technical assistance, response times, and any associated fees or requirements for activating the new plan. It may also specify the process for transitioning from an old support plan to the new one. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of the support services available, reducing misunderstandings and setting expectations for ongoing assistance.
