New Structures. Grantor reserves the right to construct, maintain, and replace permanent and temporary structures associated with forest and land management activities as provided for the Forest Management Plan discussed above so long as sediment run off is prevented and any disturbed areas are restored so as to prevent erosion. The total area of all new construction shall not exceed in one percent of the Property’s acreage. A structure’s area shall be measured by the area of the structure’s foundation or base of the building.
