Neighborhood Traffic Protection Program. On or before issuance of the certificate of occupancy for the Project (except as provided in Sections 4.4 and 15.8 above), Developer shall complete installation of the Neighborhood Traffic Protection Plan more particularly described on Exhibit “O,” and Design and Construction Provisions of Exhibit “P,” attached hereto.
