Tenant shall be entitled to use only the number of spaces allocated to Tenant by the Parking Ratio.
In no event shall the number of parking stalls used by Tenant and Tenant's Agents exceed the number of stalls allocated to Tenant in the definition of the Parking Ratio.

Landlord reserves the right to reallocate parking and driveway locations and to build additional improvements in the common areas so long as Tenant's Parking Ratio is maintained.
