Necessary Attendance Clause Samples
The Necessary Attendance clause requires certain individuals or parties to be present at specified meetings, events, or proceedings as outlined in the agreement. Typically, this clause will identify who must attend—such as key employees, representatives, or decision-makers—and may specify the circumstances or types of meetings where their presence is mandatory. By mandating attendance, the clause ensures that essential discussions or decisions are made with the appropriate stakeholders present, thereby facilitating effective communication and preventing delays or misunderstandings.
