My Direct Team. Below is a graph indicating what a completed Direct Team looks like. As stated above, each Desteni I Process Agent has a ceiling of 10 Recruits. This effectively means that when your Recruits have each Recruited their ceiling of 10 Recruits you will have 100 Trainees within your Direct Team. Each individual participating within the Desteni I Process as an Agent thus has the potential to create their own Direct Team of 10 Recruits and 100 Trainees that they will be responsible for throughout the duration of the life coaching programs. You will be required to assist your Recruits in being an effective Buddy once they become a Buddy themselves. This is done through effectively assisting and supporting your Recruits to place their blogging and vlogging about their process and the Equal Money System. My Buddying Line You are a Buddy to all your Trainees. This effectively means that you will be assisting and supporting your Trainees through their Desteni I Process course material. Any questions that they may have in relation to the course material are discussed directly with yourself. You are their direct line of communication. As you have already completed these assignments within the Desteni I Process courses you will be versed with the material and understanding of the course. You are however not alone in answering questions that your Trainees may have – You also have the support of your Recruiter. Although it is the responsibility of the Trainee to ask questions that they may have difficulty with within the course – It remains your responsibility as a Buddy to effectively support and assist your Trainees. Buddy support requirements are made available for each Lesson respectively.

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Search Committee Where the search is to be both internal and external, when there are two or more candidates, or when the sole candidate does not receive majority endorsement of the eligible members of the Department, the Xxxx/University Librarian shall convene a search committee having the following membership:

  • JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 5.01 A Joint Advisory Committee shall operate during the term of this agreement consisting of one (1) employee representative from each location and up to an equal number of employer representatives who shall meet at least once every six (6) months to discuss working conditions, economy of operation, quality and quantity of service, safety and health, workplace stress, violence and abuse prevention, and other matters to promote an ongoing harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees. The Joint Advisory Committee shall meet at the request of either party. The full-time Union Representative may attend said meetings. All time spent attending Joint Advisory Committee meetings by employees shall be considered time worked but time spent at “pre-meetings” will not be considered time worked.

  • Curriculum Committee The Curriculum Committee shall consist of sixteen (16) members of the bargaining unit, three (3) students, and three (3) administrators; provided, however, that in the case of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, the Curriculum Committee shall be composed of ten (10) members of the bargaining unit, two (2) students, and two (2) administrators.

  • Joint Steering Committee [***] following the Effective Date [***], a joint steering committee (the “JSC”) will be established by the Parties to provide oversight and to facilitate information sharing between the Parties with respect to the activities under this Agreement.

  • Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.
