MOVEMENT OF PERSONNEL. 30 6.1 As used in this Article, seniority shall be defined as length of continuous 31 employment from the nurse's last date of hire or transfer to a position as a nurse 32 covered by this Agreement. If a bargaining unit nurse accepts a non-bargaining unit 33 position with the Hospital and subsequently returns to the bargaining unit, previous 34 bargaining unit seniority shall be restored (bridged) and seniority accrual shall resume.
