CONTRACTED WORK. 1. The Contractor will carry out the Work specified in Appendix 1 in accordance with the provisions of Appendix 1 of this Agreement.

CONTRACTED WORK. No contracts shall be let for work which ordinarily has been performed by the Company’s own labor force, it being understood and agreed, however, that this provision excepts any and all work of such nature as involves the use of special equipment not in the possession of the Company or the ART. XVI, SEC. 2 installation or construction of machinery, equipment or material wherein the manufacturers or producers of the same give a guarantee on the life of the materials or the satisfactory operation of the machinery or equipment.
CONTRACTED WORK. We fight against the abuse of bias. At the proposal of the CCOO it is set at at least 70% of the workforce working at least 30 hours a week. Thirty per cent of the total will be full-time. Also at the proposal of the CCOO, temporary extensions of working hours will be consolidated, applying a formula for calculating the average working hours extended during the year, based on a specific extension period. Telework. Regulation of planning and compensation It is established that 30% of the workforce will be able to telework 100% of their working day. People who telework less than 100% of their working day will have a quarterly planning of the days of presence. The costs of each day teleworked shall be compensated.

The details of the policies, less the workers compensation policy, are provided in attachment 2. Considering the research nature of our work, WRI does not guarantee any performance capabilities or results of a research related pilot plant. WRI does guarantee that the workmanship of WRI staff and hired sub-contractors will be high quality and conform to all applicable standards, codes and regulations. WRI has intensive experience in working with reputable equipment providers/fabricators, as it relates to shop inspections WRI conducts a meet-and-greet as well as shop inspection of any new fabricator of key equipment such as pressure vessels. However, considering the equipment associated with the Sonication lab WRI does not expect to go outside of our current approved equipment providers and licensed fabricators. WRI follows strict safety practices and procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and visitors. All pilot plants and new processes receive a through HAZOP review and we ensure that the design and operation of any new facility includes typical safety procedures and practices such as emergency shut offs, pressure relief devices, proper ventilation and isolation of hazardous equipment and operations. CONTRACTED WORK. The District shall not contract out work which has been customarily and routinely performed by employees, nor shall management or supervisory personnel perform such work, which shall result in the displacement or reduction in hours, transfer, or reassignment of employees. The District shall contract out work pursuant to law.
CONTRACTED WORK. 8.1 The contract may not be cancelled following order acceptance unless a trial or rejection period has been agreed in advance. At the sole discretion of Névé Studios Ltd, a contract may be cancelled either wholly or in part subject to timing, and only once agreement in writing has been notified to the Client.
