Monthly Completion File. The Sub-grantee must submit the Monthly Completion Files (house data and material list information) in the required format via e-mail with the monthly 101, 102N, 103N, 101H, 102H, and 101U reports. The support, labor, and materials expenditures reported on the Monthly Completion File and the 101, 102N, 101H, 102H, 103H, 101U, and 102U reports must reconcile.
