Common use of Modified Work Programs Clause in Contracts

Modified Work Programs. a) If an employee is injured on the job and requires medical attention the employee is entitled to Modified Work and will inform the attending Physician of the same. The Employer reserves the right to require a second medical opinion by a Physician selected by the Employer. b) The Employer will inform the Physician of the types of modified work available to the employee and will make the same available to the employee with the Physician's approval. c) The Employer will inform the Union office of all employees who are assigned to modified work and the hours reverted to.
