MOBILE TRANSACTION SERVICES. 17.1 Upon the successful registration and activation of the Card, the Cardholder will also be able to access applicable Mobile Transaction Services subject to: - (i) (in the case of access through the Web Portal) the online registration of the Cardholder via the Website; and (ii) (in the case of access through the Mobile Application) the download and installation of the Mobile Application on the Cardholder’s Mobile Device; and in each case, complying with all such other the instructions provided by Merchantrade from time to time for purposes of accessing and registering for the Mobile Transaction Services.
