Mixerologist (Bartender a) The job duties of the mixerologist (bartender) include the mixing and serving of beverages and any other duties consistent with bartending. The mixerologist may be required to take stock and direct the working force within the confines of the cocktail area. The mixerologist is responsible for the general cleanliness of the bar and utensils, and general tidiness of all stations while working without a waiter. General cleanliness includes cleaning out the refrigerator, cleaning the bar and bar fixtures, sinks, taps, all working surfaces, bottles and container.

  • Breakfast Breakfast reimbursements may be claimed only if the employee is on assignment away from their temporary or permanent work station in a travel status overnight or departs from home in an assigned travel status before 6:00 A.M.

  • Lunch If the Company elects to furnish a lunch meal, it will be suitable and may be in the form of a box lunch. The meal shall be eaten at the job site or a Company designated location. Employees eating a box lunch or other Company-provided lunch at the job site will be allowed 30 minutes paid time to eat and will also be granted the dollar amount of the meal allowance as specified under the labor agreement.
