Minnesota Government Data Practices Act Compliance. The Parties agree that data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated during the provision of the Consulting Services may be governed by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act and that the Parties shall comply with any obligations thereunder. In the event Consultant receives a request to release the data referred to in this Section, the Consultant must promptly notify the District. The District will give Consultant instructions concerning the release of the data to the requesting party before the data is released. The Parties acknowledge that civil remedies of Minn. Stat. § 13.08 apply to the release of the data by either Consultant or the District. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the District will not disclose to Consultant any private educational data until the District and Consultant enter into a separate data-sharing agreement regarding such disclosure. To the extent the Parties agree upon a data-sharing agreement, that agreement shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Exhibit C.

Minnesota Government Data Practices Act Compliance. Data provided, produced or obtained under this Contract shall be administered in accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13. Within one business day, each Hauler shall report to the City any requests from third parties for information relating to this Contract. Each Hauler agrees to promptly respond to inquiries from the City concerning data requests.

  • Government Data Practices Vendor and Sourcewell must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as it applies to all data provided by or provided to Sourcewell under this Contract and as it applies to all data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by the Vendor under this Contract. If the Vendor receives a request to release the data referred to in this article, the Vendor must immediately notify Sourcewell and Sourcewell will assist with how the Vendor should respond to the request.
