Minister’s Right to Audit Accounts and Records. The Recipient shall, at its own expense, maintain and preserve in Canada and make available for audit and examination by the Minister or the Minister’s representatives all books, accounts and records relating to this Agreement or the Project held by the Recipient, its Affiliated Persons, agents and contractors and of the information necessary to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including repayment to the Minister.
