Minimum Stipends. The current minimum full-time equivalent stipends in each school, college, and executive area, shall be increased by the amount of one and a half (1.5) percent in fiscal year 2010, effective August 30, 2009; two and a half (2.5%) in fiscal year 2011, effective September 5, 2010; and two and a half (2.5%) percent in fiscal year 2012, effective September 4, 2011. In addition, in fiscal years 2011 and 2012, the lowest minimum stipends across campus shall be additionally increased by an amount described under each of those fiscal years below, paragraph (b). Stipends above the minimum may be set at any level, at the discretion of the Administration. Minimum stipends shall apply to all graduate student employees, regardless of funding source.

  • MINIMUM SHIFT 10.01 No employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three (3) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.

  • Minimum Staffing The Employer agrees to employ sufficient registered staff and health care aides/ Personal Support Workers to meet the staffing needs that may be set from time to time by statute and/or regulation.   • Longevity Stipend One (1) Renton Technical College longevity stipend in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) will be paid annually in July to each qualifying employee who has ten (10) or more year’s seniority on July 5th.

  • Stipends Bargaining unit members may qualify for stipends for advanced degrees which are "in-field." Employees who held out-of-field stipends on the date of contract ratification by the BTU for the 1994-95 school year shall be allowed to continue to receive said stipends until they leave the employment of the District.

  • Minimum scope of coverage Commercial general coverage shall be at least as broad as Insurance Services Office Commercial General Liability occurrence form CG 0001 (ed. 11/88) or Insurance Services Office form number GL 0002 (ed. 1/73) covering comprehensive General Liability and Insurance Services Office form number GL 0404 covering Broad Form Comprehensive General Liability. Automobile coverage shall be at least as broad as Insurance Services Office Automobile Liability form CA 0001 (ed. 12/90) Code 1 (“any auto”). No endorsement shall be attached limiting the coverage.

  • Stipend Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 / Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended) and Corporation’s guidelines.

  • Minimum Standards (a) It is intended that the provisions contained in the Employment Standards Act and Regulations (Act), presently in effect and from time to time amended, are minimum requirements only.

  • Minimum Pay The minimum time for which overtime compensation shall be paid under the provisions of Section 208.12 shall be two hours, except that if an employee, who has been notified to report for prearranged work outside of his/her regular work hours on workdays, continues to work into or beyond regular work hours, the employee shall be paid overtime compensation only for actual work time up to regular work hours, and for travel time as provided in Section 208.12 hereof.
