Minimum Resale Standards. Pursuant to the Guidelines, Section 6.8.2, each Owner shall be responsible for ensuring that at the Transfer of his or her Housing Unit, the same is clean, the appliances are in working order, and that there are no health or safety violations regarding the Housing Unit. Seller’s Property Disclosure form and Seller’s Listing Checklist shall be completed and submitted prior to listing a unit for sale.

Minimum Resale Standards. Pursuant to the Guidelines, Section XX, each Owner shall be responsible for ensuring that at the Transfer of his or her Unit, the same is clean, the appliances are in working order, and that there are no health or safety violations regarding the Unit. Seller’s Property Disclosure form and Seller’s Listing Checklist shall be completed and submitted prior to listing a unit for sale. Seller shall describe conditions meeting Minimum Resale Standards and all conditions, items, fixtures, installations, etc., in the unit requiring repair and/or cleaning as outlined in the Guidelines.

Report covers / binders shall be recyclable, made from recycled materials, and/or easily removable to allow for recycling of report pages (reports with glued bindings that meet all other requirements are acceptable); The use of plastic covers or dividers should be avoided; and Unnecessary attachments or documents not specifically asked for should not be submitted, and superfluous use of paper should be avoided.

  • ELIGIBILITY STANDARDS ‌ Employee eligibility standards for health care benefits shall be determined solely by the Board of Trustees and as permitted under existing law. The Trust is responsible for notifying newly eligible workers of their opportunity to enroll, enrolling eligible workers, providing open enrollment notifications and follow up to secure required applications/documentation, disenrolling ineligible workers and providing COBRA notifications and follow up. The Trust shall determine the appropriate level of contribution, if any, by eligible home care workers. Ongoing costs for deduction of home care worker premiums for health care shall be paid by the Employer.
