Common use of Mini-Schedule Compensation Clause in Contracts

Mini-Schedule Compensation. An employee who is working a mini schedule and who is called for jury duty shall receive the difference between the fee paid by the court for such service and the pay for the number of hours in the employee’s mini-schedule. Pay shall be computed at the employee’s contractual straight- time wage rate, provided he/she returns to work on any day that he/she is excused from service.
