Common use of Military Family Leave Clause in Contracts

Military Family Leave. To the extent required by applicable law, leaves of absence will be granted to spouses of members of the U.S. Armed Forces who have been notified of an impending call or order to active duty or who are on leave from deployment.

Military Family Leave. To the extent required by applicable law, 24 leaves of absence will be granted to spouses of members of the U.S. Armed 25 Forces who have been notified of an impending call or order to active duty or 26 who are on leave from deployment.
