Common use of Military Duty Clause in Contracts

Military Duty. Nurses who are members of the military reserve or 14 National Guard who are ordered to either active duty or annual 15 training (but not weekend drills) will provide their clinical manager a 16 copy of their written orders within seven (7) days after they have been 17 received by the nurse if the nurse intends to use ETO time for military 18 leave.
