Common use of Military Duty Clause in Contracts

Military Duty. All teachers who are members of a recognized reserve component of the Armed Forces of the United States or the National Guard shall be entitled a maximum of fifteen (15) days paid leave of absence from his/her regular teaching assignment per calendar year based upon the teacher providing a copy of his/her military orders documenting the days of absence required.
