Military and Legislative Leave of Absence. 8.8.1 Leaves of absence for active military service will be granted under the provisions of the Military and Veterans Code, including but not limited to Section 395.01, and any other applicable provisions of law. Except as required by law, military leaves of absence will be unpaid.
