No increment in salary shall be granted for less annual service except as allowed in the Legislative Leave provision.
During the terms of Legislative Leave of Absence, the employee may be employed by the District to perform less than full-time service requiring certification qualifications, for such compensation and upon such terms and conditions, as may be mutually agreed upon between the District and the employee on legislative leave.
