Middle School and High School Preparation Time a. Preparation time shall be one (I) full class period for a full-time teacher. Part-time teacher’s preparation time will be prorated according to their FTE. In the event a middle school or high school instructional day is organized in classroom instruction blocks of time, preparation time shall be sixty (60) continuous minutes with the remainder of the block allocated for office time. This Article does not apply to in-service days, District student early release days, building in-service sessions, staff preparation or parent-conference days.
