Mentorship Program for NewHires. Definition: Mentoring involves a voluntary, mutually beneficial and long-term professional relationship between new hires or new graduates and current Employees. Employers and Employees shall, at the local level, agree to establish a Mentorship Program for newly hired registered nurses. The Employer shall establish a roster from Employees who have indicated an interest in mentoring newly hired Employees. Newly hired registered nurses may request a mentor from the roster. Educational sessions for both mentor and newly hired Employee, may be held at the beginning of the Mentorship Program. On a one time basis for each mentor and newly hired Employee, the Employer shall provide a minimum of sixteen (16) hours of paid leave to attend these educational sessions. Participation in such educational sessions shall be considered time worked and be paid at the regular rate.

  • METHOD OF AWARD AND PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING A SOW AGREEMENT 5.1. Contractor selection, or the determination to terminate the SOW-RFP without award, shall be done in the best interest of the State.

  • Mentorship Nurses may, from time to time, be assigned a formal mentorship role for a designated nurse. Mentorship is a formal supportive relationship between two (2) nurses, which results in the professional growth and development of an individual practitioner to maximize her or his clinical practice. The relationship is time limited and focused on goal achievement. Orientation to the organization or general functioning of the unit does not constitute mentorship. After consultation with the nurse being mentored and the mentor, the Hospital will identify the experiences required to meet her or his learning needs, will determine the duration of the mentorship assignment and expectations of the mentor, and appropriate training. During the consultation process, the Hospital will review the mentor’s workload with the mentor and the nurse being mentored to facilitate successful completion of the mentoring assignment. The Hospital will provide, on a regular basis, all nurses with an opportunity to indicate their interest in assuming a mentorship role, through a mechanism determined by the local parties. The Hospital selects and assigns the mentor for a given mentoring relationship. At the request of any nurse, the Hospital will discuss with any unsuccessful applicant ways in which she or he may be successful for future opportunities. The Hospital will pay the nurse for this assigned additional responsibility a premium of sixty cents (60¢) per hour, in addition to her or his regular salary and applicable premium allowance.

  • Terms and Conditions Pertaining to Individual Account Service Title Title to Firm Full-Requirements Power Supply will transfer from Competitive Supplier to Participating Customers at the Point of Sale. In accordance with the Distribution Utility's Terms and Conditions for Competitive Suppliers, the Competitive Supplier will be responsible for any and all losses incurred on the local network transmission systems and distribution systems, as determined by the Distribution Utility. Billing and Payment Unless otherwise specified in an Exhibit to this ESA, all billing under this ESA shall be based on the meter readings of each Participating Customer's meter(s) performed by the Distribution Utility. Competitive Supplier shall cause the Distribution Utility to prepare and mail bills to Participating Customers monthly. The Competitive Supplier shall adopt the billing and payment terms offered by the Distribution Utility to its Eligible Customers on Default Service. If actual meter date is unavailable, the Competitive Supplier may cause the Distribution Utility to xxxx based on its good faith estimates of usage. Any overcharge or under-charge will be accounted for in the next billing period for which actual meter data is available. Regional and Local Transmission The prices quoted in Exhibit A do not include current and future charges for distribution service costs collected by the Distribution Utility under its distribution service tariff or local transmission costs as may be imposed by NYISO or individual electric utilities that have FERC transmission tariffs. The Competitive Supplier understands that these costs will be collected by the Distribution Utility. If, in the future, Competitive Supplier becomes responsible for such distribution or transmission costs, Competitive Supplier shall be entitled to collect such costs from Participating Customers to the extent permitted by any Governmental Rules. These costs are "pass through" costs as determined by the appropriate regulatory agencies.

  • Special Rules for New Accounts If you are a new member, the following special rules will apply during the first 30 days your account is open.
