Meetings and Replies. Within ten (10) days of the presentation of a grievance or a referral of a grievance to Final Level, the Corporation will convene a grievance meeting, and shall issue a written reply to the authorized representative of the Bargaining Agent and the grievor within ten (10) days of the date of the meeting. In the event the parties decide not to convene a meeting, the Corporation shall issue a written reply to the authorized representative of the Bargaining Agent and the grievor within twenty (20) days of the presentation or referral of the grievance.
