Meeting Schedule and Facilitation. The Shared Leadership Team will meet at a minimum of once a month, using an agreed upon framework to facilitate the meetings. There may be occasional work outside of meeting time that could include writing, gathering research, or sub-committee work covering a specific topic. If this occasional work requires two (2) or more hours per month, the Hourly Leadership Rate in Schedule E will be applied unless paid for through QComp. Chairs for SLT will be selected by the SLT. If no one accepts the assignment at the first meeting, the teacher union xxxxxxx(s) and administration will confer and seek to find two chairs. Responsibilities for the chairs include:

  • Meeting Schedule Committees shall meet when necessary, but not more than once each calendar quarter, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

  • Meeting Space and Facilities The Employer’s offices and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings, subject to the agency’s policy, availability of the space and with prior authorization of the Employer.
