Excessed Placement Sample Clauses
Excessed Placement. Excessed teachers who have not secured all of their contract assignment through the transfer process will be offered positions in seniority order. A professional conversation with the program manager at the site prior to the first duty day for teachers of the succeeding school year is recommended for teachers placed at that site through this process.
Excessed Placement. Excessed employees who do not secure a position through voluntary transfer will secure a position during excessed placement using their district seniority as outlined in Section 18.7.
