Common use of Meeting of Team Clause in Contracts

Meeting of Team. In the event either party wishes to call a bargaining meeting, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement. However, such meetings must be held not later than ten (10) calendar days after the request has been given.
