MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CONTRACT. The total amount of this Contract shall not exceed: SevenThousand Six Hundred Seventy Three Dollars $7,673 (Written amount) ($ Numerical amount) unless this Contract is amended in writing. It is expressly understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the performance on the part of the CBBEP of its obligations hereunder is contingent upon and subject to actual receipt by the CBBEP of sufficient and adequate funds from the sources contemplated by this Contract. CBBEP funding will not exceed $7,673.
MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CONTRACT. The maximum amount of this Contract shall not exceed $3,999,650.00. This maximum amount is not intended under this Contract as any form of a guaranteed amount.
MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR acknowledges and agrees OWNER'S funding is of a limited nature and source and OWNER shall in no event be liable for payment of any amounts under this agreement, or otherwise, in excess of the total amount of $ , and at such time as the total amount paid to, or due, or claimed by, CONTRACTOR reaches a total of $ , CONTRACTOR shall forthwith notify OWNER and assure no work in excess of said total sum of $ is done. Any work done in excess thereof shall not entitle CONTRACTOR to any payment and CONTRACTOR expressly waives any claim therefore, unless such additional work was separately authorized in writing as a written change order or amendment to this agreement prior to commencement and performance of any such additional work.
