Master’s or PhD column. The Professional Employee will receive a $50 stipend for each credit hour that could not be used for movement on the salary schedule. The Professional Employees receiving the stipend for completing required course work will continue to receive the stipend every year of continued employment in a position that would require the program’s course work. If the Professional Employee is moved from the position by the district, they will retain the stipend. Any doctoral dissertation hours taken beyond 24 (to remain an active, enrolled doctoral candidate) will not count towards salary enhancement.

  • Products Liability There is no Action before any Governmental Authority involving Seller based upon breach of product warranty, strict liability in tort, negligent design, negligent manufacture of product, defects in design, manufacture, materials or workmanship, negligent provision of services, or any other allegation of liability, including or resulting in product recalls, arising from the materials, design, testing, manufacture, packaging, labeling (including instruction for use), documentation or sale of products (collectively, “Product Claims”; and, to the Knowledge of Seller, there is no basis for any such Product Claim. To the Knowledge of Seller, there are no material errors in any published technical documentation, specifications, manuals or user guides provided in the ordinary course of business to customers of the Business. There have been no material defects in design, manufacturing, materials or workmanship, including any failure to warn, or any breach of express or implied warranties or representations, which involve any product manufactured (or to be manufactured), shipped, sold, installed or delivered by or on behalf of Seller. There have been no product recalls by Seller with respect to any products manufactured (or to be manufactured), shipped, sold, installed or delivered by or on behalf of Seller, or to the Knowledge of Seller any investigation or consideration of or decision made by any Person or Governmental Authority concerning whether to undertake or not to undertake any recall. All manufacturing standards applied, testing procedures used, and product specifications disclosed to customers by Seller have complied in all material respects with all requirements established by any applicable Law or any Governmental Authority.

  • Errors or Questions If you think your statement or any account or transaction information reflected on Online Banking is wrong or if you need more information about a listed transfer CALL US IMMEDIATELY at Online Banking Support. If you cannot reach us by telephone, you may send us a message through the Secure Online Message Center, but that is not the fastest way of contacting us. Alternatively, you may visit your local branch or write us at the address for disputes provided below or in your Cardholder Agreement. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we make available to you the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. When you notify us: (i) tell us your name and account number, (ii) describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about (including the date it occurred), and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information, and (iii) tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error. If you tell us in person or by telephone, we may require that you follow up your oral notice or questions in writing. If we require written notice, we must receive this writing within 10 Business Days of your oral notice. We will determine whether an error occurred within ten (10) business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to forty- five (45) days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, and your Account is a Consumer Account, we will provisionally credit your account within ten (10) Business Days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and do not receive it within ten (10) business days, we may not provisionally credit your account. For errors involving new accounts, we may take up to 90 days to investigate your complaint or question. For new accounts, we may take up to 20 business days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error. We will tell you the results within three (3) business days after completing our investigation. If we decide there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.

  • By Either Party Either party may terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time effective after the first (1st) anniversary of the Installation Date by providing ninety (90) days' prior written notice to the other party at any time thereafter.

  • Other Materials On each date on which the Company is required to deliver a certificate pursuant to Section 7(l), the Company shall have furnished to the Agent such appropriate further information, opinions, certificates, letters and other documents as the Agent may reasonably request. All such opinions, certificates, letters and other documents will be in compliance with the provisions hereof.

  • ON-THE-JOB INJURY (a) If an employee is injured to such an extent that they are obliged to cease work, their wages will continue for the balance of the day on which the injury occurred.

  • Right to Reject Orders or Cancel Sales All orders, whether initial or additional, are subject to acceptance by and shall only become effective upon confirmation by the Company, which reserves the right to reject any order. Orders not accompanied by an executed Subscription Agreement and the required check or wire transfer in payment for the Shares may be rejected. Issuance and delivery of the Shares will be made only after actual receipt of payment therefor. If any check is not paid upon presentment, or if the Company is not in actual receipt of clearinghouse funds or cash, certified or cashier’s check or the equivalent in payment for the Shares within 15 days of sale, the Company reserves the right to cancel the sale without notice. In the event an order is rejected, canceled or rescinded for any reason, the Dealer agrees to return to the Dealer Manager any commission theretofore paid with respect to such order.

  • Your Liability The following determines your liability for any unauthorized EFT or any series of related unauthorized EFTs:

  • Indirect Materials Indirect materials shall be considered to be originating materials without regard to where they are produced and its value shall be the cost registered in the accounting records of the producer of the good.

  • No Material Actions or Proceedings Except as disclosed in the Prospectus, there are no legal or governmental actions, suits or proceedings pending or, to the best of the Company’s knowledge, threatened (i) against or affecting the Company or any of its subsidiaries, (ii) which has as the subject thereof any officer or director of, or property owned or leased by, the Company or any of its subsidiaries or (iii) relating to environmental or discrimination matters, where in any such case (A) there is a reasonable possibility that such action, suit or proceeding might be determined adversely to the Company or such subsidiary and (B) any such action, suit or proceeding, if so determined adversely, would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Change or adversely affect the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. No material labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries exists or, to the best of the Company’s knowledge, is threatened or imminent.
