Master Patrol Officer Program. This process shall apply to all sworn personnel holding the rank of officer and assigned to law enforcement operations. There is a need to establish a means of reward and professional recognition of officers who, through their longevity, proficiencies, and exemplary service, represent the ideals and values of the Department. The designation of Master Officer is a title and not a promotion, nor is it a Civil Service Classification. Law enforcement personnel holding the rank of officer shall be eligible for the designation of Master Officer and a monthly stipend in the amount of $350 if the qualifications cited below are met and the supporting documentation is submitted. The Officer must qualify for this program annually.

Law enforcement personnel holding the rank of officer shall be eligible for the designation of Master Officer and a monthly stipend for year 1 of the Agreement in the amount of $200, a monthly stipend for year 2 of the Agreement in the amount of $250, and a monthly stipend for year 3 of the Agreement in the amount of $300 if the qualifications cited below are met and the supporting documentation is submitted. The Officer must qualify for this program annually.

The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction.   • SITE VISITS AND RECORD REVIEW The Applicant shall allow authorized employees of the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District, and the State Auditor’s Office to have reasonable access to the Applicant’s Qualified Property and business records from the Application Review Start Date through the Final Termination Date, in order to inspect the project to determine compliance with the terms hereof or as necessary to properly appraise the Taxable Value of the Applicant’s Qualified Property.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Data Input Control It will be possible to retrospectively examine and establish whether and by whom Personal Data have been entered, modified or removed from SAP data processing systems. Measures: • SAP only allows authorized personnel to access Personal Data as required in the course of their duty. • SAP has implemented a logging system for input, modification and deletion, or blocking of Personal Data by SAP or its subprocessors within the Cloud Service to the extent technically possible.
