Maintenance of Seniority. Leave with pay or for industrial injury shall not alter a nurse’s anniversary date of employment or otherwise affect the employee’s compensation or status with the Employer. Leave without pay for a period less than thirty (30) consecutive calendar days shall not alter any regular employee’s anniversary date of employment.
