Maintenance of Seniority. Leave with pay or for industrial injury shall not alter a nurse’s anniversary date of employment or otherwise affect the employee’s compensation or status with the Employer. Leave without pay for a period less than thirty (30) consecutive calendar days shall not alter any regular employee’s anniversary date of employment. Employee-initiated leave without pay for up to four (4) days (32 hours) per calendar year shall not alter any regular employee’s Paid Time Off accrual. This limitation shall not apply to low census/low need.
