Low Census Callback. As a normal practice, regular full-time and regular 17 part-time nurses, called off by the Hospital for lack of work, shall be given an opportunity 18 to return to work the scheduled shift should the need reoccur. The Hospital will make a 19 reasonable effort to notify affected nurses by telephone, prior to replacing regular 20 nurses with relief nurses.
Low Census Callback. Nurses called to work from low census standby shall be paid for their entire scheduled shift, regardless of the actual number of hours worked after being called back to work unless the nurse works beyond his/her scheduled shift, in which case the nurse will be paid for additional hours at the appropriate rate.

  • Low Census Low census is defined as a decline in patient care requirements resulting in a temporary staff decrease. During temporary periods of low census, the Employer will 1. Send home Agency nurses. 2. Cancel Overtime shifts. 3. Cancel incentive shifts. 4. Ask for volunteers. 5. Cancel reserve nurses. 6. Cancel part-time nurses working above their assigned FTE.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed.   • SERVICE LEVEL DESCRIPTION The Fund Accounting Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the Service Level Description attached thereto and replacing it in its entirety with the Service Level Description attached hereto.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, and ▇▇- ▇▇▇-▇▇▇, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”).
