Work Requirements. 7.2.1 The Board recognizes the principle of a standard forty (40) hour workweek and will set forth work schedules and make work assignments which can reasonably be completed within such standard work week. The Board will not require members within the bargaining unit to regularly work in excess of such standard workweek.

During the fourth year, and each year thereafter, the Lessee shall perform $100,000 of work upon, towards, or for the eventual benefit of the Leased Premises. Provided, however, in the event commercial production is commenced at any time, this Article 7 requiring minimum work shall not be applicable.
Work Requirements. In order for an employee to qualify for a vacation in any vacation period they must have worked at least six (6) months during the previous vacation period. For the purpose only of calculating such work requirements, time lost from work due to a compensable work-related injury during the vacation period in which the injury occurs, will be considered as time worked. An employee who has worked for the Company less than one year prior to January 1 of a given year shall, upon reaching their first anniversary date, become entitled to a two (2) week vacation during such year provided they have worked at least six (6) of the twelve (12) months preceding their first anniversary date. In the event that such employee’s anniversary date falls between December 15 and December 31 their vacation may, with Company approval, be scheduled to commence up to two (2) weeks prior to their first anniversary date.
