Lot 6 - International Vehicle Hire. D In response to the Invitation to Tender, the Supplier submitted a tender to the Authority on [insert date dd/mm/yyyy] (set out in Framework Schedule 21 (Tender)) (the “Tender”) through which it represented to the Authority that it is capable of delivering the Vehicle Hire Services in accordance with the Authority's requirements as set out in the Invitation to Tender and, in particular, the Supplier made representations to the Authority in the Tender in relation to its competence, professionalism and ability to provide the Vehicle Hire Services in an efficient and cost effective manner.
