Logical. The City of Burbank will take all commercially reasonable efforts to secure the City of Eastvale data. Data that is accessed through the web will be encrypted through a secure socket layer (SSL) and secure shell (SSH).The City of Eastvale data may reside in its own segment. Detection – The City of Burbank will monitor its systems and its procedures for security breaches, violations and suspicious (questionable activity). This includes suspicious external activity (including, without limitation, unauthorized probes, scans or break-in attempts) and suspicious internal activity (including, without limitation, unauthorized system administrator access, unauthorized changes to its system or network, system or network misuse or program information theft or handling).

  • Functionality For the period of one (1) year following the Effective Date, Insecure represents and warrants to Licensee that the unmodified Npcap shall operate in the manner documented, and covenants that upon notification to Insecure of any errors, Insecure will, during its normal business hours and at no cost to Licensee, use reasonable efforts to correct such errors which are reproducible and verifiable by Insecure. To ensure that Npcap meets Licensee’s needs, Insecure has made it freely available for testing at http://npcap.org. Licensee is encouraged to test it before executing this Agreement.
