Common use of Lists/New Employees Clause in Contracts

Lists/New Employees. The Hospital agrees to provide the Union with an electronic list of the name, home address, home telephone number, SHS email, employee identification number, job classification, department, shift (at time of hire), wage rate, hire date, and employee status for each bargaining unit member. This list will be provided to the Union on a monthly basis. The Hospital also agrees to provide the Union office with a list of bargaining unit members designated as new hires, transfers (when possible) and terminations.
