Licensed Fibers, Interconnection Fibers, and Interconnection Points. The Licensee shall not retain permission to use Licensed Fibers, Interconnection Fibers, or Interconnection Points that are not in fact being used by the Licensee or to serve a customer of the Licensee. If the County determines, pursuant to its right of inspection as provided in Section 6.3 or otherwise, that any Licensed Fibers, Interconnection Fibers, or Interconnection Points are not in use, the County shall have the right to declare by written notice to the Licensee that such facilities have been abandoned by the Licensee and are therefore subject to being licensed to a third party at any time. The Licensee shall have the right to rebut any such declaration by demonstrating in writing to the County’s reasonable satisfaction that in fact the facilities in question have been used to transmit signals continuously within the thirty (30) Days preceding such notice.

The continuous use obligations of this section shall not apply to the first four strands of fiber identified in Schedule 1, nor shall it apply to the Original Interconnection Points or Original Interconnection Fiber accepted within six (6) months of the acceptance date of the first four strands of fiber identified in Schedule 1.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Interconnection Point The Service Provider is responsible for connecting to the LFC Network at the Interconnection Point. Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Participating TO and Interconnection Customer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Participating TO and CAISO “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and the Electric Generating Unit(s), such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Large Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Electric Generating Units. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the Participating TO and the CAISO specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Large Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable. Any deviations from the relay settings, machine specifications, and other specifications originally submitted by the Interconnection Customer shall be assessed by the Participating TO and the CAISO pursuant to the appropriate provisions of this LGIA and the LGIP.

  • Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A, Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades, at its sole expense.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from PCS to Verizon, PCS, at PCS’s own expense, shall:
