LEAD DISTRICT. There shall be a Lead District with the duties, powers and responsibilities set out below. The Lead District shall be responsible for disseminating information and soliciting input from the PINCO Advisory Committee; coordinating the efforts of the member districts relative to this Agreement; the direction, monitoring, supervision and evaluation of the Management Services Contractor in such Contractor's responsibilities which are delineated in this Agreement, for the day-to-day operation of PINCO, PINCO recordkeeping and the maintenance of PINCO records, and the maintenance by the Management Services Contractor of necessary records for audit per CDE, FNS and FDP requirements. The Management Services Contractor shall be directly responsible for monitoring, directing, supervising and evaluating other PINCO contractors and subcontractors.

  • Professional Development Days Upon request, each Employee shall be granted at least three (3) professional development days annually for professional development, at the Basic Rate of Pay. Such hours not used in each fiscal year shall not be carried forward into subsequent years. Applications for such paid professional development opportunities shall be made in writing, to the Employer as early as possible.
