Common use of Leachate Pay Clause in Contracts

Leachate Pay. ‌ Employees working in the Fleet Section shall receive a premium of THREE DOLLARS AND TWENTY–FIVE CENTS ($3.25) per hour for each hour working on the area behind the cab of a garbage packer.
