Common use of Late Application for Parental Leave Clause in Contracts

Late Application for Parental Leave. When an application for parental leave under 15.05 1(a) above is not made in accordance with 15.05 1(b), the employee is nonetheless entitled to, and upon application to the Company shall be granted, parental leave under this article for the full thirty-seven (37) week leave period.

Late Application for Parental Leave.
