The Land Development Code is a set of regulations that governs how land within a specific jurisdiction can be used and developed. Land Development Code. An ordinance or ordinances enacted by a local governing body for the regulation of any aspect of development, including zoning or rezoning, subdivision, building construction, or sign regulation or any other regulation controlling the development of land.
