Common use of Labor Management Conferences Clause in Contracts

Labor Management Conferences. A Labor/Management Conference is a meeting between the Union, the Office of Labor Relations and such other representatives of Rutgers as may be appropriate to consider matters of general interest and concern other than grievances and/or to present grievances which allege a misinterpretation, misapplication, or violation of a Rutgers policy or administrative decision relating to wages, hours, or terms and conditions of employment which are not mandatorily negotiable. Such a meeting may be called by either party and shall take place at a mutually convenient time and place.
