Key Performance Indicators and Performance Classes. For every Service component or service element a set of Key performance Indicators will be defined. These will be included into Performance Classes, assigning a relative weight of each KPI. The KPI for the requested service are the elements of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). The more detailed BSC including the KPI targets for the requested services, weights and the method for calculating performance scores sectioned by service components will be provided separately in Annex G to Technical Specifications - Balance Score Card.
