  • Time Requirements The Independent Contractor will not be required to follow or establish a regular or daily work schedule, but shall devote during the term of this Agreement the time, energy and skill as necessary to perform the services of this engagement and shall, periodically or at any time upon the request of the Company, submit information as to the amount of time worked and scope of work performed.

  • Check Requirements Any image of a check that you transmit to us must accurately and legibly provide all of the information on the front and back of the check at the time of presentment to you by the drawer. Prior to scanning the original check, you will restrictively endorse any item transmitted through the Services as “For mobile deposit only, WCU account # ” or as otherwise instructed by WCU. You agree to follow any and all other procedures and instructions for use of the Services as WCU may establish from time to time. The scanned image of the check transmitted to us using the Services must accurately and legibly provide, among other things, the following information: (1) your endorsement; (2) the information identifying the drawer and the paying bank that is preprinted on the check, including complete and accurate MICR information and the signatures; and (3) other information placed on the check prior to the time an image of the check is captured, such as any required identification written on the front of the check and any endorsements applied to the back of the check. The image quality of the check must comply with the requirements established from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board, including the requirements under federal Regulation CC, or any other regulatory agency, clearing house or association. The Service may reject your deposit if the image is not satisfactory. Receipt of the image does not guarantee we can accept the image.

  • System Requirements Apple Software is supported only on Apple-branded hardware that meets specified system requirements as indicated by Apple.

  • Support Requirements If there is a dispute between the awarded vendor and TIPS Member, TIPS or its representatives may assist, at TIPS sole discretion, in conflict resolution or third party (mandatory mediation), if requested by either party. TIPS, or its representatives, reserves the right to inspect any project and audit the awarded vendors TIPS project files, documentation and correspondence. Status of TIPS Members as Related to This Agreement TIPS Members stand in the place of TIPS as related to this agreement and have the same access to the proposal information and all related documents. TIPS Members have all the same rights under the awarded Agreement as TIPS.

  • FINRA Requirements (A) You represent that you are a member in good standing of FINRA, or a non-U.S. bank, broker, dealer, or institution not eligible for membership in FINRA or a Bank.

  • Listing Requirements The Company shall not be obligated to deliver any certificates representing shares until all applicable requirements imposed by federal and state securities laws and by any stock exchanges upon which the shares may be listed have been fully met.

  • Compliance Requirements Link shall require its contractors to comply with each of the provisions of this insurance section. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining the minimum insurance coverages and limits, naming GTE (including GTE Corporation and any other affiliated and/or managed entity) as an additional insured under all liability insurance policies, and waiving all rights of subrogation against GTE (including GTE Corporation and any other affiliated and/or managed entity), its directors, officers and employees, agents or assigns, whether in contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability) or otherwise. Prior to commencement of any work, @Link shall require and maintain certificates of insurance from each contractor evidencing the required coverages. At GTE's request, @Link shall supply to GTE copies of such certificates of insurance or require the contractors to provide insurance provisions or endorsements as evidence that the required insurance has been procured. @Link must also conform to the recommendation(s) made by GTE's fire insurance company, which GTE has already agreed to or shall hereafter agree to.

  • Software Requirements ‌ 2 Developer may use the software programs set forth below in this Section DR 416.2.3 of the TPs 3 for geotechnical Work.   • Training Requirements (1) This agreement provides the basis for the introduction of the Australian Traineeship System and employment of trainees.

  • Program Requirements A. Trip Purpose: CONTRACTOR will only transport Clients for approved trips for non-emergency medical purposes. Such purposes may include but are not limited to: appointments with medical practitioners, outpatient services, lab testing, dental, vision, rehabilitation and therapy, health education, mental health counseling and the securing of prescription drugs and devices. The purpose of the SNEMT Program is to assist the Client to live independently through access to appropriate medical care. All trips that are not medically related are ineligible.
