Job Descriptions and Job Evaluation Plan. The parties have also reviewed MCS’s job descriptions, Job Analysis Questionnaire, and Job Evaluation Plan. The Employer and the Union agree that the job descriptions accurately reflect the duties and responsibilities performed by employees. It is also agreed that MCS’s Job Evaluation Plan provides a fair and accurate assessment of each job classification subject to the Study. The Employer will maintain job descriptions for all jobs covered by this Agreement, which shall be subject to periodic review and revision as the Employer deems appropriate. Job descriptions will be made available to the Union Xxxxxxx or affected employees upon their reasonable request.

  • Job Evaluation Plan (a) The Employer agrees that no job evaluation plan pertaining to positions covered by this Agreement will be introduced without the mutual agreement of the Parties.

  • (b) - Job Descriptions A copy of the current job description for a bargaining unit position shall be made available to the Union upon request. When a new classification which is covered by terms of this collective agreement is created, a copy of the job description shall be forwarded to the Union at the time that the Hospital notifies the local Union of the rate of pay pursuant to article 20.01(a) above.

  • Job Descriptions The Employer agrees to supply each employee with a copy of her current job description. Upon request, the Union and the Bargaining Unit Chair shall be provided copies of all job descriptions in the bargaining unit.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.
