Issues Resolution Process. 8.1.1.The Parties shall seek to work together to resolve any issues (including any failure to agree a matter) that may arise under this SLA at the lowest appropriate level in a timely way, having regard for the objectives of NOMS. If an issue cannot be resolved at this level it shall be escalated to line managers.

Issues Resolution Process. General: It is accepted that there are occasions in the workplace where an employee feels they have an issue they would like to have resolved. Management is committed to making the Society an enjoyable and satisfying place to work for its employees, and therefore takes such issues very seriously. The process has been introduced in order to ensure issues are dealt with promptly, and that the staff member concerned has appropriate support where required in order to have the issue addressed, and hopefully resolved to their satisfaction. If a staff member has a concern that arises relating to their employment and they wish to formally raise the issue, the following process should be followed. Issues Resolution:

  • DISPUTES RESOLUTION PROCEDURE 10.1 A major objective of this Agreement is to eliminate lost time and/or production arising out of disputes or grievances. The Parties to this Agreement are committed to complying with the terms of this procedure.

  • Resolution Procedure a. Step 1

  • Problem Resolution The parties will endeavour to resolve any problems identified with the operation of this Agreement as they arise.

  • DNS resolution RTT Refers to either “UDP DNS resolution RTT” or “TCP DNS resolution RTT”.

  • UDP DNS resolution RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of two packets, the UDP DNS query and the corresponding UDP DNS response. If the RTT is 5 times greater than the time specified in the relevant SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.

  • Disputes Resolution 10:01 Jurisdictional disputes involving workers employed under this Collective Agreement shall henceforth be resolved under the provisions of the Canadian Jurisdictional Disputes Plan in accordance with its rules and regulations and without work stoppage, slow down or other lack of production, and it is further agreed that a jurisdictional dispute shall in no way interfere with the progress or prosecution of work.

  • Impasse Resolution In the event that there is an impasse in negotiations concerning the negotiation of a new collective bargaining agreement or the mutual amendment of an existing collective bargaining agreement, the parties agree that the resolution of any impasse issues shall be governed by the provisions of Florida Statutes Chapter 447, as amended.

  • ERROR RESOLUTION NOTICE In Case of Errors or Questions About Your Electronic Transfers, Call or Write us at the telephone number or address listed in this disclosure, as soon as you can, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt. If the employee has been represented by the Union at the Step of the procedure at which a resolution is reached, the Union representative shall also sign the appropriate document acknowledging that the employee has accepted the resolution. Decisions on grievances where an employee represents him/herself shall not be considered precedent setting or binding with regard to any future grievances filed with respect to the same or similar matters.

  • TCP DNS resolution RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets from the start of the TCP connection to its end, including the reception of the DNS response for only one DNS query. If the RTT is 5 times greater than the time specified in the relevant SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.
