Disputes Resolution means the procedure referred to Procedure” in clause 7.9 and set out in the Fourth Schedule hereto;

  • In the event the Student or the Parent is dissatisfied with a refund decision made by the School or is dissatisfied with the process the School followed when making the refund decision, they have the right to have the refund decision reviewed by the International Student Disputes Resolution Scheme or to make a complaint to the Code Administrator.

Related to Disputes Resolution

  • Series Resolution or “this Resolution” means this Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of the Series 2020 Bonds in one or more series or sub-series, and including the applicable Certificate of Award for any such series.
